James Fancher started J.F. PRO SERVICES LLC in Lake Helen, Florida more than six years ago. What started as one man and one machine has grown into a full-service forestry, tree care, and excavation company serving homeowners, builders, and developers across Central Florida. James stays hands-on with the business. He walks properties with customers, runs the Kubota SVL 97-3 with an FAE forestry mulching head, and knows the difference between a live oak worth saving and a laurel oak that is already in decline. J.F. PRO SERVICES LLC provides land clearing, forestry mulching, tree service, and excavation for residential and commercial properties across Central Florida. Whether it is a quarter-acre residential lot overgrown with palmetto or a 20-acre commercial parcel that needs full site preparation, we bring the same commercial-grade equipment and the same process to every job. We walk the property with you first, give you a written quote, and do the work the way we said we would. OUR EQUIPMENT

Commercial-Grade Machines Built for Central Florida Land Clearing

Our primary machine is a Kubota SVL 97-3 compact track loader with an FAE forestry mulching head. The SVL 97-3 runs a 96.4 horsepower Kubota engine with a rated operating capacity of 3,459 pounds. The FAE mulching head grinds brush, small trees, and vegetation into fine mulch in a single pass. This setup clears land faster and cleaner than standard skid steer attachments, which means less time on your property and a lower cost for you. We also run excavators, stump grinders, and tree shears depending on what the job calls for. On larger projects, we bring in additional equipment to match the scope. The right machine for the right job is how we keep projects on schedule and results clean.
